Fulfillment, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Stacked Moving LLC provides professional services including consulting, PPC management, SEO management, and AI voice agents. Services are offered on a monthly subscription, retainer, or hourly consulting basis.

Service Fulfillment

All services are delivered digitally and begin upon receipt of payment and completion of any required onboarding. Monthly services are fulfilled on a recurring basis, and consulting hours are billed as used.

Refund Policy

All payments made to Stacked Moving LLC are non-refundable, including payments for consulting, subscriptions, retainers, and hourly services. We dedicate time and resources to every client engagement, and therefore cannot issue refunds for services rendered.

Cancellation Policy

• Monthly Subscriptions (PPC, SEO, AI Voice Agents): You may cancel at any time by contacting us at least 7 days prior to your next billing date. Cancellations take effect the following billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued.
• Consulting Services: Hourly consulting is billed as used. Prepaid blocks are non-refundable and expire after 6 months of inactivity.
• Retainers: Clients with active retainers may cancel with 30 days’ written notice. No refunds will be issued for prior billing periods.
